Animal Crossing

The new Animal Crossing New Horizons is the most common animal crossing game, so it is the game that this page is about. There will be 4 beginner guides, one for each season. There will also be a guide on how to get the museum. More guides are: how to get the art exhibit in the museum, how to upgrade resident services, how to get 3 villagers to move onto your Island, how to make a perfect snowman (in winter guide), how to get 3 and 5 stars, year round beginner tips and tricks, a guide on how to get DIYs, and guides from the 2.0 update.

Spring Beginner Guide

A good thing to do when you're first starting out in Spring is to get a net and catch cherry blossom leaves. But you can't catch just any cherry blossom leaves floating around. The cherry blossom leaves you can catch are bigger and float slower. Spring has 2 holidays, along

Summer Beginner Guide

Special to this season is summer shells. When lying on the beach, they look blue. You can make lots of Summer objects out of these. Take advantage of the bug offs this season, because it's the only season that has bug offs. That's all we have to say about summer.

Fall Beginner Guide

In September, make sure to catch all the types of salmon: regular salmon, King Salmon, and Cherry salmon. King salmon and regular salmon are found where the river meets the ocean. Cherry salmon are found in the river. In October, make sure to get lots of candy and a costume, because there's Halloween in Animal Crossing! Villagers outside their houses will ask for candy from you and villagers inside their houses will give you candy - that is, if you're wearing your costume! In late November, leaves will start falling like the spring ones (read 2 paragraphs above). The leaves you can catch in fall move like the ones you can catch in Spring. For a while, you can shake trees to get pine cones and acorns, then mushrooms start popping up next to trees on your island, then the maple leaves show up. And finally, the Thanksgiving of Animal Crossing-Turkey day!

Winter Beginner Guide

Like spring cherry blossoms and fall maple leaves (read above), you can catch snowflakes in the winter. They float like cherry blossoms and maple leaves. You can also make snowboys (animal crossing snowmen). There will be 2 snowballs on your island. Kick each one 13 times. Roll each one so one is as high as the top of your eyes and the other is as high as your mouth, then push the smaller one into the bigger one and-voila!-you have a snowboy! Keep an eye out for updates on the Christmas of Animal Crossing-Toy day!

How To Get DIYs

To get DIYs, you need to go to resident services. Talk to Tom Nook, and say "about that workbench...", then tap on the workbench and get 5 branches to make a fishing pole. Bring them back to resident services. Tom Nook will talk to you and help you make a fishing pole, then give you some DIY recipes. Happy crafting!

2.0 Update

Gyroids

Gyroids are things that are new in Animal Crossing. To find them, you need to go on a tour with Kapp'n. When you get there, look for a star on the ground. Note that there are more than one on islands with bamboo trees. When you find a gyroid fragment, that's only part of it. When back on your island, bury the gyroid fragment and water it. The next day, dig it up to find a gyroid! Then, you can start the process all over again.
